About Us
Pastor Owen and 1st lady Gwen Dixon, leaders of the Victory Word Center Church in Clayton, NC are passionate about teaching the Word of God (the Bible) in simplicity.
We thoroughly enjoy teaching the Word to real people to bring about victory in their lives. We enjoy teaching others how to live by faith in God, build/maintain strong marriages/families and overcome challenges faced in life and lastly defeat the enemies that desire to steal God's best in our lives. These are our primary focus in the ministry.

At Victory Word Center Church, our mission is to teach God’s Word in a simple and practical way so that real people can live in victory. We strive to help individuals and families build strong relationships, overcome challenges in health, finances, and life, and grow in faith that stands firm during trials. Our vision is to see lives saved, healed, and empowered—people walking in the love of Christ, equipped with a servant’s heart, and impacting their communities with God’s truth and grace.
